“Energy/Body Work” is a touch therapy that is not only a wonderfully pleasurable and relaxing experience, but also brings countless health benefits.
A massage treatment can relieve tension in the body, calm the mind, and nourish the soul, bringing healing on a number of different levels simultaneously.
I have been practicing massage and energy work for about 3 years now and absolutely love healing others. My love for massage started when I lived in Venice Beach, CA where I used to massage friends on the beach.
So many of my patrons loved my healing energy that I decided to pursue a career in this field and started training to get my certifications.
I just moved to beautiful Ocean Beach in October 2008 and have since become a part of this wonderful holistic healing center we call “Body Temple OB”. Check us out on Yelp!
When you walk into our complex you will instantly start to unwind as you hear the tranquil sounds of waterfalls from the beautiful Koi pond and are surrounded by the beautiful plant life in the courtyard.
My office offers a very peaceful feeling as well with the smell of sage and lavendar, soft candlelight, and soothing music that will take you away into a state of PURE ZEN.
